Age 53, of Burnsville passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family on April 20, 2015. Tom graduated from the U of ND in 1985 and was a director at Boston Scientific in Arden Hills for 25 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Marie Ebertowski and survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Tamara; children, Samantha (Andrew Baum) Ebertowski and Alexander Ebertowski; parents-in-law, Gloria (Chuck Church) Nice and Kenneth (Nancy) Nice; siblings, Linda Dooley and Cheryl (Jon) Dangerfield and their children, Dylan, Coulton and Jaxson; also other relatives and many friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 AM Thursday April 23, 2015 at the Mary, Mother of the Church, 3333 E. Cliff Rd., Burnsville with a gathering of family and friends 1 hr. prior to Mass at church. Private interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred.
